I don't think I have ever gone this long without blogging. Let's just say the last number of months have been PSYCHO! Seriously, whoever it was who told me, 'If you can have three kids, you can have 10 kids.' was totally wrong in our case! The addition of the 4th has thrown me for a loop! My father-in-law's death, my root canal that went bad and I ended up needing surgery on it, my blasted tennis elbow that kept me in physical therapy for 10 weeks, my grandpa's health decline and death, Brian being gone helping everyone under the sun, and Brian finishing a 5 week 3 credit engineering course, my sister leaving on a mission, and prepping for my brother to leave on a mission, ALL of that may have added to the psychoness of the 4th kid.
Did I mention that we got goats? Because we did. I thought, "Yeah, I can totally handle more responsibility....let's get some pets." And not just any pets mind you, GOATS. They actually haven't been too bad, except when one of them got loose and jumped our six foot fence only to be caught by our neighbor as it was chasing a couple of runners while we were out of town. But that's normal right?! I do think after we sell our bigger goat and get another champion line, pure bred pygmy, we will have some great pets.
I hope I can figure it out. I hope I am not in a downward spiral to crazy mom mode. I've gotta figure out how to prevent my 4 and 2 year old from dumping applesauce in the living room while I feed the baby. If anyone has any good ideas or websites for friendly child restraints, I would love to hear about them. :)

I'm amazed that you have taken on so much. I sometimes feel like I'm going crazy, only have 3, not as much stressors, and still cannot keep the house clean or feel sane, haha. Enjoy the moment. I can't believe your goat took off after some runners--so funny!
Oh the fun! Someday we'll live closer and we can help each other out more. :)
