Any Ideas?

My mom and I have been asked to make dinner for 300 girls at girls camp. It should be fun and we have a few ideas, but we're trying to get some more. Sloppy Joe's, Hawaiian haystacks, taco salad have already been taken.

So yeah, let me know if you have any ideas!

Enchiladas. Hobo dinners--you know with the meat, potatoes, corn, can of soup--you can do this as a hot dish too if you don't want to wrap them all in foil. Maybe they could roast their own hotdogs. Hmmm...that's a lot of girls. Good luck

It was my 16th birthday. I was stuck at girls camp. We had a Luau. We had a ton of rice and yummy chicken and pork. And then fresh fruit for the side and maybe some rolls. It was THE best food, ever. But I guess you are already having hawaiian haystacks...

Stew would also be really yummy. Maybe even a BBQ with hamburgers and hot dogs. BBQ chicken/beef sandwiches. You could do a make your own sub/hoagie thing and have a ton of french bread and yummy meats. I don't know, there are just so many options. I'll think back more on what we had when I was at girls camp and get back to you.

how aboooout... kebabs? You could cook up a huge thing of beef and/or chicken, a huge thing of vegetables, and whatever else.. pineapple... then have some sticks, and have people make their own kebab. Maybe that's too complicated. Complicated but FUN! And then have a salad.

Then have fried peach desserts. Cut a peach in half, fill it with brown sugar and whatnot, wrap it in tin foil, let cook and then top it with whipped cream. Why do i know this? Because i am in the thick of camp stuff myself but not for 300 girls! ai ai ai!

good luck.

Cereal. That's what we always eat for dinner when we don't know what to eat. I think they'd like that.
