I bought my 2008 calendar today. Last year I saw the 2007 calendars and thought, 'Hmmm, I should get one.....but it is only October and I don't think I need it yet.' Well about February I started looking for some 2007 calendars. I had trauma. They were nowhere to be found at any of the stores I went and even online the only kind they had available were Dilbert or Far Side.I went to the BYU bookstore thinking that FOR SURE they would have some there. They did. And they were 90% off. And there was no selection. I had to get one because I had refinished a calendar frame that my aunt gave us for our wedding and it was hanging in the entry way. So I got the best one they had. It was a Mormon themed 'Anne Geddes' calendar. It was terrible. But it was only 2 dollars and I had such bad luck looking for them I decided I had to get something.
I hung it in our entry way for about a month until my mom gave me a nice botanical calendar she had bought that didn't fit in her calendar frame. It saved us from explaining our calendar trauma every time someone saw a swaddled baby holding a long horn looking like angel Moroni.
So yeah, I saw some calendars today and I bought one. 3 months early. I'm glad to have it. :)
(And no, I didn't get an Anne Geddes calendar.....it is a nice scenic outdoorsy one.)

Michelle, I'm so glad you didn't get Anne Geddes. I was going to have to reprimand you. :)
Nature--now THAT'S a calendar.
holy crap! that mormon baby calendar you described is freaking me out.
p.s. if you want, i could look for another JTT calendar for you. I know how much you liked it...
Ahhhh! Gotta love JTT.
I was going to buy a calendar for a dollar at Michael's, but I couldn't decide between cats and M&Ms.
